PLACING AN ORDER – STEP BY STEP


Step 1


Choose the kind of product with the options you like

    The product photo in the listing shows the options included and what the product might look like. It does not show the design you will have.

Doing the order

    If you have your design please send it to email bcardscreation@gmail.com preferably in eps or ai file format to achieve the best result.

    If you don’t have and you’re expecting us to do it, please send all necessary files (eps or ai file formats are prefered) and information to bcardscreation@gmail.com


Step 3


Design process

    Either you have your product’s design ready or I create it for you you will receive the mock-up showing how your product will look.

    If I do design for you, I will make unlimited edits until you like the result. However, I kindly ask you to provide complete revisions, one at a time.


Step 4


Approving to print


  • ---

    As the client confirms that everything looks good on the mock-up sent we prepare the file for printing and submit the Approval list for final confirmation. Nothing will be printed until the client confirms the approval list.

Step 5


Printing


  • ---

    After the approval list is confirmed the item is baking printed. Turnaround time depends on the type of prouduct, amount and options selected. Typically it takes about 3-6 business days. Custom products may have longer turnaround time.

Step 6


Shipping

    The print house is located in Ukraine, thus Standard shipping takes about 10-14 days to the US and 2-4 weeks the rest of the world. Express Expeditaed shipping is available and usually takes 3-5 business days around the world.

Receiving your order

    We are dead sure that you will like the product! We do the best we can to do it the best possible way. The product should match the description in the approval list confirmed. Please, carefully check ALL Information and design in it. The only reason to reprint the product at our expense is the mismatch of the product qualities with the approval list description. In all other cases no reprints or refunds will be made.

Can you create a custom design for me?

Yes! We offer design services. You can order your custom design here.

Important notes:

- no proofs or designs will be made unless you place the order (product or design services).

- logo design is not included in the price of the product design option, but you can order it separately( link).


What if I already have design?

If you have your own design and you need to print it, please, upload the file(s) on the product page while performing the order or send it to bcardscreation@gmail.com with the theme of the order number.
Please, send design files in vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf*, .cdr, .psd* | * - not always contain correct data). Other file formats may not be suitable for printing.

Will I see the design or proofs before printing?

Yes, of course! If you order a design service you receive designs made for you. If edits are required, we do them until it is good to go and confirmed by you. 

Even if you have your own design ready, we send the mock-up and the Approval List to check if everything looks correct. The Approval List is the document that is appealed to if any mistakes are found on the printed product. No other source is valid even if it contains the correct information.

What is your timing, turnaround time?

Design service.

Usually, Business card design takes about 1-2 business days for the first variations to be sent. Further timing depends on the number of client’s edits.


Printing.

Depending on the type of product turnaround time is different. After the approval list is confirmed, the timing is: For standard products, it usually takes about 3-5 business days. Custom and complex orders may take about 7-14 business days.

What are the delivery time and options?

To the USA: Standard shipping takes about 6-10 days. Express shipping is about 2-4 business days.

To EU countries: Standard shipping takes about 10-16 days. Express shipping is about 2-4 business days.

To Asia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand: Standard shipping takes about 20-30 days. Express shipping is about 3-5 days.


For all destinations and shipping options, some delays may occur. Delivery to some locations may take longer depending on your country's customs and local post service's efficiency. If you wish for the item to arrive faster or on a strict deadline, please contact us, so we can give a quotation for rush shipping.

The buyer will shoulder any import duties and taxes imposed upon arrival to your country.

Can I cancel the order, return or exchange the product?

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours after the purchase of products or design services. Please, note, no refund if a rush order is submitted to print.


No RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM PRINTED ITEMS. So, please carefully and attentively check the info you write in the message and while confirming the Approval List.


Digital items cannot be refunded.

For design services: We do all changes and edits requested by the client before sending the final file to the customer. As the design is confirmed and the file is sent to the client, any edits and changes require additional payment.


Will the color of the item be the same as on my screen?

Please note that the colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen, depending on your monitor calibration and/or the chosen printing service. Material type may also slightly affect the color. Colors may appear more vibrant or dull with different cardstock selections; some absorb more ink than others.


I have an idea for a design/shape/product but I don’t see an example on your site. Can you make something extra custom for me?
