Yes! I do offer the design of the business cards for free as you place an order.
- no proofs or designs will be sent unless you order or send a deposit.
- logo design does not include in the price, but you can order it separately from me.
Feel free to contact me if you need help to choose the right product or option.
What if I already have the design?
If you have your own design and you only need to print it, please, send the design to bcardscreation@gmail.com in vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .cdr, .psd files are the best). Other formats I accept too, but vector files are preferable.
Will I see the design or proofs before printing?
Yes, of course! As you place an order I will make a few designs within 1-2 business days. Any changes will be made for free. As we agreed on the design I will make an approval list for you. You will need to carefully check everything and approve if correct. The approval list is the document that can be appealed to if any mistakes are found on the printed product. No other source is valid even if it contains the correct information.
Is the color of the item will be the same as on my screen?
Please note that the colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen, depending on your monitor calibration and/or the printing service chosen. Paper type may also slightly affect the color. Colors may appear more vibrant or dull with different cardstock selections; some absorb more ink than others.
What is your turnaround?
After the design approved, printing takes about 2-10 business days. The timing depends on the quantity and printing selection. Specialty (custom shape, UV printing on plastic, etc.) generally take longer than standard printing.
Please note, I do not work at weekends and at Public Ukrainian Holidays.

- If the item is digital it can't be refunded too.

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, but no refund if rush order is submitted to print.
Before submitting your order to print I will send you an approval list to check and confirm. I don't print and ship orders without your approval.
