What is the process to place an order?

Ordering from us is a straightforward and interactive process designed to meet your needs. Here's how it works:

Select Your Product: Buy the listing and choose the quantity you desire. The price will adjust based on the quantity and options you select.

Provide Information:
During the checkout process, you can fill in all necessary details and attach any files you may have, such as logos or slogans. If you prefer, you can send these details later by responding to the automatic email sent to your address.
For business cards, you'll need to provide the contact information you'd like displayed. This might include:
Your name (We will maintain the text case as you've provided it.)
Your profession or title
Your phone number
Your email address
Your website URL or social media username
A QR code, or the information to be encoded into one (we're happy to create the QR code for you)

Design Phase: We'll design the product according to your specifications and make any necessary changes until you're satisfied.

Approval: Before we proceed with printing, you'll need to approve the final design and the Approval List. This is an important step, as we can't begin printing without your confirmation.

Production: Upon receiving your approval, we'll begin the printing process. We use high-quality materials and state-of-the-art printing technologies to ensure the best result. This stage usually takes 3-5 business days for standard products.

Delivery: After printing, we'll prepare your order for shipment. Shipping time differs depending on your location. Approximate timing you can check here. We ensure every order is properly packed to reach you in perfect condition.

Feedback: Once you receive your order, we'd appreciate it if you could share your feedback with us. We're always looking to improve, and your input is crucial to us.

What is your cancellation, return, and exchange policy for the orders?
Our cancellation policy allows you to request cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

Unfortunately, we can't offer cancellations and refunds for rush orders once they've been submitted for print.

For returns and exchanges, we only accept non-customized items within 30 days of purchase, and the items must be in their original, unused condition.

Please note that custom-printed items, gift cards, and downloadable or custom digital products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Can I make changes to my design after placing an order?
Yes!

You can make changes to your design during the Design Phase.
After you've provided all the necessary details and files, we will create the design for you and make any changes if needed.
You will have the opportunity to review the design and request adjustments before the Approval stage.

Once the design is approved and the final Approval List is confirmed, we will proceed to print, and no further changes can be made at that point. Feel free to reach out to us if you have specific questions or need assistance with your design!
Do you provide proofs of what the finished product will look like before purchase?
Yes, we can provide proof of the finished product before the purchase of the product.

However, to do this, we kindly ask you to purchase our design service, which costs $25. This fee is then deducted from the total cost of your primary product order when you proceed with it. To order this servise, please follow this link.

If you decide not to order the primary product after seeing the proof, please note that this design service fee is non-refundable. However, you will still have the design layout we created for you.
Can I request custom sizes and shapes for my printed products?
Yes, we do offer custom sizes and shapes for nearly all our printed products.

However, please note that this may come at an additional cost. Products that already include this option in their price usually have "Custom Size" or "Custom Shape" in their title. If you have a particularly unique size or shape in mind, we encourage you to reach out to us so we can assist you further.
What is the typical processing and delivery time for an order?

Our order processing and delivery timeline typically follow these steps:

1. Order Processing: Typically takes 2-4 days but often depends on a client's response time and number of edits. We recommend allowing sufficient time for any design adjustments that may be necessary.

2. Production: This stage usually takes 3-5 business days for standard products.

3. Shipping: After production, your order is shipped from our facility in Kyiv, Ukraine. The shipping time varies based on the method you choose and your location. Standard International Shipping to the US usually takes 10-15 business days, while Express Expedited Shipping takes about 6-10 business days worldwide.
Please note these times are estimates, and delays that are outside our control may occasionally occur.

4. Delivery: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, we do offer discounts for bulk orders!

While our listings display prices up to 1,000 units, if you require a larger quantity, we would be more than happy to provide you with a customized quote. Please feel free to contact us with your specific quantity needs for further assistance.
How can I use any store credit I have for the order? Are there any discounts available?
Certainly!

We have an ongoing loyalty and referral program where you can earn points and exchange them for discounts on your purchases, including business cards or refills.
This program is on our website, located in the bottom left corner. By participating in this program, you can utilize any store credit you have and access various discounts.
