Shipping Policy
We provide estimated shipping times for every product, but these can vary based on the type of product and the destination country.
Currently, our production is based in Kyiv, Ukraine. We operate in a stable manner.
Please note that delays may occasionally occur. We will provide a tracking number so you can keep track of your item's status.
Please understand that these are approximate times. Although rare, delays can occur at Customs or due to the postal service, your location, and the time of year. We are not responsible for such delays.
In some cases, shipping may take longer, depending on your country's customs efficiency and local postal services. If you need your item to arrive faster or by a specific date, don't hesitate to get in touch with us to confirm the timing.
Please note that we DO NOT guarantee delivery times and cannot accept returns or exchanges for orders that arrive later than expected. This is especially important to remember when ordering before significant events, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. So, we highly recommend placing your order well in advance - around 4 weeks for international orders and 2-3 weeks for US orders. The earlier, the better, to allow ample time for design adjustments, production, and delivery.
Any import duties and taxes incurred upon arrival in your country will be your responsibility.
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, but we cannot offer a refund if a rush order has already been submitted for print.
Please be aware that we cannot ship to some countries due to legal restrictions or limitations imposed by shipping carriers. This list of restricted countries may change based on global events. Currently, we do not ship to the following destinations:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine;
- Russia;
- Belarus;
- Ecuador;
- Cuba;
- Iran;
- Syria;
- North Korea.
