Refund and Return Policy

Returns

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. However, we can't offer refunds for rush orders once they've been sent to print.

We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM-PRINTED ITEMS. Hence, please review the Approval List carefully before confirming the print.

If you ordered an item without customization, you could return it within 30 days.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

For a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange your not customized item, email us at bcardscreation@gmail.com and send your item to 600 Markley Street, Suite 994, Port Reading, NJ 07064, United States.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable and custom digital products
  • Custom or personalized orders

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • If a product shows obvious signs of use
  • If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not our fault
  • If an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Digital items cannot be refunded.

When we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will process it, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

If your refund is late or missing, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and check with your bank. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at bcardscreation@gmail.com.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges of defective items

We only replace defective or damaged items. Photo proofs of defective items or packaging are obligatory. If you need to exchange an item, email us at bcardscreation@gmail.com and send your item to 600 Markley Street, Suite 994, Port Reading, NJ 07064, United States.

You will pay the shipping costs for returning your item. If the returned item isn't in its original condition, you're responsible for any loss in value. Shipping costs aren't refundable.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on where you live.

If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
