You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase but no refund if a rush order is submitted to print.
NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM PRINTED ITEMS. So, please carefully and attentively check the Approval List we send to you before confirming to print.
If you ordered the item without any customization you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Notification to email firstname.lastname@example.org is required.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
