This Privacy Policy explains how BcardsCreation, owned by Alt Media Group Inc (“BcardsCreation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you visit bcardscreation.com, place or manage an order, submit artwork or other content, communicate with us, use an account or subscription, join a program, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information.

### Information you provide directly

Contact and account information, such as your name, company name, email address, telephone number, account credentials, and billing and shipping addresses.

Order and transaction information, such as products ordered, order history, customization choices, subscription selections, discounts, payment status, shipping method, and transaction details. Payments are processed by Shopify and payment providers. We do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Custom-design and production content, such as artwork, logos, photographs, names, job titles, contact details intended for print, social-media handles, QR-code content or destinations, brand information, design instructions, revisions, proofs, and Approval Lists. Please submit only content that you are authorized to use and share with us.

Communications, including messages sent through our contact forms, email, chat, social-media channels, reviews, surveys, support requests, and other correspondence.

Program and preference information, such as marketing preferences and information connected with loyalty, referral, affiliate, review, subscription, or promotional programs.

### Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, time zone, approximate location, pages viewed, searches, referring URLs, interactions, cart and checkout activity, and cookie or similar identifiers.

We may receive information from Shopify and its services, payment and fraud-prevention providers, shipping carriers, marketing and analytics partners, social platforms, review and loyalty providers, referral or affiliate partners, and other services that you choose to use or connect.

HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

create, adapt, revise, and proof custom designs and production files;

prepare and send Approval Lists and obtain final approval before production;

process payments, subscriptions, orders, refunds, and account activity;

manufacture, package, ship, deliver, and provide tracking for orders;

communicate about inquiries, orders, revisions, approvals, production, delivery, and support;

maintain accounts, preferences, reviews, loyalty benefits, referrals, and affiliate programs;

LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING

HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information to the following recipients and only for the purposes described in this policy:

Shopify. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes personal information when you visit or purchase from the store and provides hosting, checkout, Shop, Shop Pay, analytics, security, and other commerce services.

Payment and fraud-prevention providers that process transactions, verify payments, and help prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

Production and fulfillment providers that assist with printing, finishing, quality control, packaging, or other steps required to produce a custom order. They may receive the production file and the minimum order information needed for their work.

Shipping and logistics providers that require recipient contact information, delivery address, customs information, or other shipment details.

Technology and business-service providers that support communications, forms, file transfer, storage, customer service, subscriptions, reviews, loyalty and referral programs, affiliate tracking, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, security, and website operation.

Professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, resolve disputes, or establish and defend legal claims.

Business transaction recipients in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Other recipients at your direction or with your consent.

We do not disclose customer artwork or finished designs for portfolio, advertising, or other promotional use merely because you placed an order. Any such use requires separate permission.

SHOPIFY AND SHOPIFY NETWORK INTELLIGENCE

Shopify processes personal information about your interactions with this store in order to provide and improve its services. Because Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, Shopify may also use information from your interactions with this store, with other merchants, and with Shopify to provide enhanced features, personalization, fraud prevention, analytics, and advertising services. This processing may include information from different merchants and may occur in countries other than your own. Other merchants do not receive access to BcardsCreation's customer data.

COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND ADVERTISING

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies. Essential technologies support the store, cart, checkout, security, localization, and privacy preferences. With consent where required, other technologies help measure performance, understand use, remember preferences, operate store features, and deliver or measure marketing.

Our current analytics and advertising providers include Google Analytics and Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. Other store applications may also use cookies or similar technologies to provide reviews, loyalty and referral functions, affiliate tracking, subscriptions, forms, chat, social content, and product customization.

Where the Shopify cookie banner is displayed, you can accept, decline, or manage non-essential cookies through that banner and later reopen your privacy preferences where that option is available. Browser controls can also block or delete cookies, although some store functions may then work differently.

Some U.S. privacy laws may treat certain analytics or advertising disclosures as “selling,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising, even when no money is exchanged. Where applicable, you can opt out through the Data Sharing Opt-Out link displayed by Shopify for your region. Shopify also processes supported Global Privacy Control signals where required.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. Even after opting out of marketing, we may still send non-promotional messages about orders, transactions, accounts, subscriptions, security, or support.

INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

BcardsCreation has a U.S. commercial and legal home, and production takes place in Ukraine. Our service providers, including Shopify, may process information in the United States, Canada, Ukraine, and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from those in your country. Where required, we and our providers use recognized transfer mechanisms or other safeguards for international transfers.

DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Services, maintaining order and design records, supporting reorders, meeting legal, tax, accounting, and warranty obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of information and our legal and operational needs.

If you ask us to delete information, we will assess the request under applicable law. We may need to retain certain records where deletion is not legally required or would interfere with legal obligations, transaction records, security, dispute resolution, or the rights of others.

SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account credentials and contact us if you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure.

If you are in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to address the issue.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Services may link to websites or services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information.
